I discovered Trader Joe’s Beet Hummus a few weeks ago and I just had to share because it has quickly become a household staple. And, it’s been a party pleaser. I like to keep it simple and snack food on hand—especially for parties—so I love when I find unique store bought items. (Sorry if you were hoping for a new recipe!)
The beet hummus is a great sweet-twist on regular hummus and the vibrant color will make anyone pause and ask, “What’s that?” Especially if you’re the first of your friends to discover it! And excuse me while I state the obvious, but it’s so simple. All you need to do is put the beet hummus in a pretty bowl and pair with some beautiful veggies and you’re good to go.
